At Inspera, we believe in empowering everyone, regardless of their abilities, to access education and assessments seamlessly. That’s why we’ve been dedicated to enhancing accessibility within our platform. Recently, we reached a pivotal milestone by obtaining our VPAT (‘Voluntary Product Accessibility Template’), a comprehensive assessment that sheds light on our accessibility features.

What does the VPAT mean for Inspera and You?

The VPAT isn’t just a formality for us; it’s a roadmap. It signifies our dedication to transparency and improvement. It outlines the current status of our platform in terms of meeting universal design requirements. While we’re proud of the strides we’ve made, we also acknowledge areas where further enhancements are needed to ensure a fully accessible experience.

Embracing the Journey

Inspera is dedicated to enhancing accessibility for all users. While currently classified as ‘partially compliant’ with universal design requirements for candidates and administrators, this designation motivates our ongoing efforts to ensure seamless navigation across our platform.

Continuing this commitment, our team works tirelessly to improve the platform with each monthly release. We dedicate a section in our Monthly Release Notes specifically to updates addressing accessibility on both the student and admin sides. These continuous efforts underline our pledge to evolve and prioritize accessibility enhancements in Inspera

Transparency and Progress

Our commitment to transparency means we’ve made our VPAT reports accessible for review. These reports provide a detailed breakdown of our accessibility features, strengths, and areas requiring improvement. We invite you to explore these reports, offering a comprehensive look at how we’re working to enhance accessibility.

Our Pledge to You

Accessibility isn’t just a goal; it’s an ongoing commitment. We’re dedicated to continuous improvement, actively addressing the areas highlighted in the VPAT reports. Our focus is on creating an inclusive platform where all users feel empowered and supported.

Join Us on the Journey

We invite you to join us on this journey toward a more accessible Inspera. Your feedback and insights are invaluable as we strive to ensure that education and assessment are accessible to everyone.

At Inspera, accessibility isn’t an afterthought; it’s a fundamental principle guiding our platform’s development. Together, let’s build a future where every user, regardless of their abilities, can engage with education and assessments seamlessly.

Text should be available in various forms like Braille, speech, or symbols, so everyone can access it. WCAG requires using text as an alternative for sound, videos, and images.
