We believe that EdTech companies should place education at the center of everything we do, which is why we work to attain our vision to “evolve equality and access in education”. Without access, developing new solutions in digital assessment just isn’t worth it.
One of the key ways we do this is through a commitment, company-wide, to improve 1% everyday. Whether that’s in our skills, products or how we talk to customers.
Our impact, of course, reaches further than education, it affects everywhere we live and work as well as those in our team and all our customers’ daily lives. That’s why we commit to building a product with inclusion at its center, inclusion within the business, as well as flexible working for our team. We do all this while researching ways to reduce our environmental impact so we can lead the sector.

At Inspera, we take our responsibility seriously and operate with integrity, respect, and care for the world around us. We are committed to embedding environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into every part of our business, ensuring that our growth is both sustainable and aligned with the creation of long-term value for all stakeholders. In 2024, we advanced this commitment by taking meaningful actions to place sustainability and integrity at the core of everything we do.
We have strengthened our governance framework to ensure transparency and accountability in decision-making. Key actions include regular Board-level policy reviews, delivering training on business ethics, global revision of our Privacy Policies, and enhancing our resilience to cyber risks. To further drive accountability, we appointed a dedicated ESG representative to our Board.
We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace. In 2024, we introduced a comprehensive Diversity Policy and training program, launched anonymous CVs review in recruitment, and created a Diversity Equality & Inclusion committee to raise awareness and embed inclusivity into our culture. We introduced a company-wide employee satisfaction survey, to review and improve engagement levels. The results are reviewed at Board level to help drive continuous improvement.
Our responsibility extends beyond our own operations. We have introduced a Third Party Due Diligence Policy, assessed our suppliers, and established ESG risk management in our supply chain as a regular item on the Board agenda. To further strengthen our positive impact, we also launched a new initiative that allows employees to dedicate one working day each year to a charity of their choice. Together, these actions ensure that we uphold the highest ethical and sustainability standards while contributing positively to our communities.
We began measuring our greenhouse gas emissions and introduced Board-level reviews of environmental performance, strengthening accountability in this area. At the same time, our core business – delivering digital assessment solutions – continues to play a critical role in reducing paper consumption and supporting more sustainable practices in education. These efforts demonstrate the start of a longer-term effort to reduce our environmental footprint and contribute to the global transition toward a more sustainable future.
Our actions in 2024 reflect our commitment to building a business that is forward thinking, resilient, ethical, and sustainable. We will continue to strengthen our ESG practices, engage openly with stakeholders, and set higher standards year after year. By doing so, we aim to create lasting value for our employees, customers, communities, and the environment.
