Thomas Ashmore, Product Marketing Manager at Inspera, has over a decade of experience specialising in implementing edtech solutions that enhance learning and teaching. Previously, as Digital Assessment Designer at Birmingham City University, he developed the award-winning Hybrid Digital Assessment Model, which secured three 2023 eAssessment Awards and a showcase at BETT. A dedicated advocate for equity and inclusion, he also founded Digital Kickstart to boost digital literacy for disadvantaged students. Tom Pieroni is the Senior Solutions Engineer at Inspera, supporting educational organisations in implementing best-practice digital assessments. A Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA) with a postgraduate degree in Education and Technology, Tom brings over a decade of expertise as a technologist, educator, and academic developer in Higher Education, Apprenticeships and EdTech. Having designed innovative products and degree programs across diverse domains, Tom leverages his deep experience in digital product strategy and data to help institutions navigate complex educational transformations.
